Before suicide Willy effected he was at the root of his own destruction and that by chance the only musical mode to help those he love was by sacrificing himself. Though it seems Willy Loman?s character has attained all of Aristotle?s requirements there is an inc! onsistency, he is a special K man. Greek tragedy?s and moreover Aristotle?s consideration of a tragic hero image someone of great superlative and of a higher path, twain of which Willy evidently lacks; however Willy?s character natural springs life to a new tragic hero, that of the common man who faces struggles most aptitude encounter.
